Indian fusion group Midival Punditz comprising Delhi-based musicians Gaurav Raina and Tapan Raj are set to premiere their new album "Light" at IIFA Stomp in Madrid, Spain.

IIFA Stomp will be held as part of 17th edition of the annual International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) celebrations from June 23 to 26 this year and the group cannot wait to show their new album at the international platform.

"We will be contributing the very best and only way we know how is by playing our signature Indian electronica music. IIFA Stomp is going to be special gig for us as this is also going to be the first time we will be premiering our new album 'Light' on an international platform. We are, therefore, looking forward to it," Raina told IANS in an email interview.

The IIFA extravaganza, which will bring together the best of Spanish and Indian culture, will host the IIFA Stomp in collaboration with MULAFEST Urban Trends Festival, organised by the MULA community and IFEMA with a line-up that underlines its electronic heart, with pioneering artistes from the international scene.

Apart from Midival Punditz, some of the other Indian DJs and musicians who are going to enthrall the audience at MULAFEST include Raghu Dixit Project, B.R.E.E.D and Nucleya.

The members of Midival Punditz say they cannot wait to be part of the extravaganza.

"At IIFA Stomp in collaboration with MULAFEST, We are taking along with us two of our powerhouse performers Kutle Khan and Vidhi Sharma along with other band members who are extremely talented as well. Whether it's Pt. Ajay Prasanna on his melodic flute or Shardul Mehta with this unique drumming, we plan to make all of Madrid 'STOMP' with us," said Raj.
