A 12-year-old girl was raped by her juvenile brother here, police said Tuesday.
The incident occurred in north Delhi's Burari area Monday evening, police said.
"The victim approached us Tuesday stating that she was raped by her 14-year-old brother Monday night. She also informed that her brother-in-law also raped her twice three days ago," said a police officer.
The girl said that her brother raped her when she was alone at her house and fled from the spot.
The girl's 25-year-old brother-in-law was arrested Tuesday afternoon while her brother is absconding.
"The girl's medical report has confirmed rape," said the police officer.
