The BJP-led NDA government has been "working with the agenda of development of all without any discrimination", Minister of State for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said here on Sunday.
Addressing a media workshop of the BJP here in the Madhya Pradesh capital, Naqvi said "the government has closed down the shops of middlemen and power brokers".
The "champions of corruption" have formed a nexus against the Narendra Modi government which had managed to push them into a state of "nervousness", he said.
"Such people are creating hurdles in the path of development for the common people through misleading campaigns, but the people of the country will not allow anybody to derail the development agenda," the minister asserted.
Naqvi said the Modi government has ended the "atmosphere of gloom" which was prevailing in the country for the last ten years.
