Monaco are set to sign highly rated Brazilian footballer Jorge Marco de Oliveira Moraes from Flamengo.
Jorge has made 54 first-team appearances for Flamengo since his debut in 2104,reports Xinhua news agency.
"It's a big loss. Jorge is a very talented player. If he leaves he is going to be missed, but that's football, "Flamengo coach Ze Ricardo told Uol Esporte on Thursday.
He was rewarded for an impressive 2016 season with his first Brazil cap in the Selecao's 1-0 friendly victory over Colombia on Wednesday.
