Teen actor Chloe Grace Moretz has landed a role in upcoming movie "If I Stay" and she will reportedly earn a seven-figure sum for her role.
The 16-year-old will essay a teen musician in the movie, based on Gayle Forman's novel of the same name.
Since Moretz is a minor, producers had to file legal documents with the court asking for permission to hire her. The documents also reveal that she will make $500,000 as a base salary, reports tmz.com.
Moretz is also due to earn 15 percent of the film's profits, but even if it's a flop she could get an additional $1 million.
Directed by R.J.Cutler, "If I Stay" also features Mireille Enos and Jamie Blackley.
