A new smartphone app called Misfit Link will let you use an activity tracker as a smart button which can also help you take a selfie and control your playlist.
Developed by health and fitness monitoring device maker Misfit, the app is currently available on Apple devices, with the Android version to be released next month.
Priced quite cheap at $200, the app uses Bluetooth connectivity and different actions like skipping songs or regulating the volume can be performed with the help of single, double, or triple presses.
A circle of LED lights around the face allows it to function as a watch.
The new tracker will be available in onyx (black), frost (white), reef (turquoise) and Coca Cola red colours.
