A Mumbai court Tuesday granted bail to Bollywood actor Vindoo Dara Singh Randhawa and Gurunath Meiyappan and three bookies, who were accused in the IPL betting scam.
All the accused had applied for bail Monday after they were sent to judicial custody.
The court has imposed several conditions while granting bail to them, including a bail bond of Rs.25,000 and not to leave the country and appear before the Mumbai Crime Branch on alternate days.
All the accused had spent time in the lock-up for nearly two weeks after their arrest last month in connection with the Indian Premier League betting and spot fixing scam that rocked the country's cricket establishment.
