A person absconding after committing a murder over a parking dispute has been arrested, police said on Tuesday.
Vishal of Badarpur fatally stabbed Ashok after a fight between two neighbours, Anil and Nitin, on April 18, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Bisham Singh said.
Nitin's brother Mithun and his nephew Vishal had gone to Gautam Puri in Shahadra area to meet their relatives when Ashok was attacked by the accused.
Ashok was rushed to the Apollo hospital where he was pronounced dead. Anil also received multiple injuries on his head.
In 2016, Vishal was jailed for three months after his arrest under the Arms Acts and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. After his realease, he was working at an MCD parking in south Delhi.
