He is embracing fatherhood in every way -- from sharing responsibilities with his wife to changing diapers for his son. Television actor Arjun Bijlani, who considers his baby his 'lucky charm', says becoming a parent has not only ushered in a change in his personal life, but has also taken his career to a new direction.
Arjun, who came into notice with "Left Right Left" followed by "Miley Jab Hum Tum", married Neha Swami in 2013. The couple was blessed with a son earlier this year.
"He (my son) is one lucky charm for me. Ayaan was born in January, and I signed 'Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi' in March and now it is 'Naagin'. I guess I'm doing something right. He has brought in so much positivity into my life.
"I'm working really hard on myself, on my fitness and on my looks. I still have to do a lot of things, but I'm on the right path," Arjun told IANS over phone from Mumbai.
He says he's loving fatherhood.
"I do share responsibilities. Whenever I'm at home, I try to help...like at night, when my wife is really tired, I get up. I have even changed diapers."

The actor is now working in a new TV show with a love story of a mythical shape-shifting serpent creature in "Naagin". The show, which will go on air on Colors channel on November 1, opens up a new chapter of love, faith, admiration and revenge on television.
Though "Naagin" is a finite series, Arjun notes that he struggles to find time to spend with his son due to packed shooting schedule.
"I don't get time to spend with family, specially since the time Ayaan came into our lives. I'm out of the house for 14 hours. And by the time I reach home, he is asleep. I just crash in on the bed or hit the gym."
"I'm looking forward to days when I pack up early and just go back to him and play with him. It is such a lovely feeling to enter the house with a smiling baby and the kind of love he gives you in his own little ways," he said.
Talking about his role in the series, Arjun shared that his role named Ritik is a business tycoon and doesn't believe in love, religion and supernatural things.
