Football star Cristiano Ronaldo said his son wants to win the Ballon d'Or, after the Real Madrid forward was awarded the prestigious award for the fifth time.
The 32-year-old Portuguese, who equalled Argentine Lionel Messi's Ballon d'Or tally on Thursday said his son told him that he will be a better footballer.
"I see a bit of myself in (Cristiano Ronaldo Junior), and not only because he's my son," the Portuguese captain was quoted as saying by Marca.
"He told me he will be better than me. He tells me he will win a Ballon d'Or and that he can win five," Ronaldo added.
Ronaldo, who has scored 287 goals in 275 appearances for Real Madrid said he always wants to win and keeps fighting for it.
"I don't think about it much, although maybe subconsciously, my motivation is myself, I fight against myself to overcome myself," Ronaldo said.
