A Myanmar delegation led by its commander in chief of defence services, Senior Gen. Min Aung Hlaing, visited the Eastern Command headquarters at the Fort William here on Saturday and discussed ways to enhance security cooperation between the two countries.
Senior Gen. Min Aung Hlaing held talks with Eastern Army Commander, Lt.Gen. Praveen Bakshi, on various issues, a defence ministry release said.

"They emphasised the need for enhanced cooperation between security forces and border guarding agencies for maintaining peace, security and stability in the border areas, which is crucial to overall development," the release said.
