Delhi Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung Saturday greeted the capital's residents on the Dusshera festival to be celebrated the next day.
"I extend heartiest greetings and best wishes to all the citizens of the national capital territory of Delhi," said Jung in a statement.
"May this festival strengthen bonds of brotherhood and may mother Durga shower her blessings on all our people forever," he said extending wishes on the occasion of Durga Puja as well.
