Portuguese player Luis Nani, who recently joined Valencia from Turkish side Fenerbahce, has become the sixth Portuguese player to join the ranks of the Spanish football club in the last five seasons.
Before Nani's arrival, Valencia signed five of his Portuguese compatriots over the past five years, namely, Joao Pereira, Ruben Vezo, Joao Cancelo, Andre Gomes and Helder Postiga, reports Efe.
Currently, Valencia has four Portuguese players in its lines, including Nani, Andre Gomes, Joao Cancelo and Ruben Vezo.
Nani is currently taking part with his national side in European championship in France, in which Portugal managed to reach the final of the championship after defeating Wales on Wednesday 2-0.
