Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan Monday told his supporters here that the next Eid would be celebrated in "Naya Pakistan" (new Pakistan).
Addressing workers at the sit-in venue in the national capital's D-Chowk, the cricketer-turned-politician said flood victims' condition is horrendous but these internally displaced persons would soon return home, Geo News reported.
He told his supporters, who have been protesting for over a month now in the capital, that by spending their Eid at the protest site they have conveyed a message to Pakistanis that they were willing to sacrifice their happiness for a larger cause.
