Singer Nicole Scherzinger and Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton have reportedly split due to their hectic schedules and distance.
Hamilton, 28, and Scherzinger, 35, dated on and off for five years, but they couldn't spend enough time with each other as the driver is based in Switzerland, while the singer is settled in the US.
"It's so hard to keep up a relationship when they're barely in the same country as each other. Both have supported each other in their careers and will continue to do so. But the nature of their work ultimately cost their relationship," thesun.co.uk quoted a source as saying.
The split comes just weeks after Hamilton spoke of his desire to propose to Scherzinger, the former Pussycat Doll.
