Actor Gulshan Grover, whose "Sooper Se Ooper" released Friday, says his limitation as an actor is that he can never do cheap and down-market films.
"I don't want to do movies which I can't watch with my family. I can't be part of cheap and down-market films. I would rather do small movies where I can explore my artistic skills," Gulshan told IANS.
The 58-year-old says he is content with his projects.
"I am extremely happy with the kind of scripts I am getting these days. I am happy and humbled with the kind of faith filmmakers are showing in me. This is the best time for Indian cinema."
Gulshan says his role in "Sooper Se Ooper' is inspired by late painter MF Hussain.
"It's a very unusual role in 'Sooper Se Ooper'. My role is inspired by MF Hussain. I have not played this kind of role before," he said.
The quirky drama, which also features Vir Das, is directed by Shekhar Ghosh, presented by Reliance Entertainment and produced by Jigsaw Pictures.
