Prime Minister Narendra Modi is issuing new "farman" every other day to cover up the failure of demonetisation, which has now become a "voluntary income declaration scheme", the AAP said on Tuesday.
AAP leader Dilip Pandey said touts earlier took commission to convert black money into white but now the government had begun an income declaration scheme where "black money hoarders" could get their money exchanged at 50 per cent commission legally.
AAP leader Ashutosh lashed out at Modi's order to BJP MPs and MLAs to submit details of their bank transactions between November 8 and December 31 to BJP President Amit Shah.
"It is one of the biggest farce one can ever imagine. If the BJP is serious, they should make their transaction details public and give it to the income tax department. What is the purpose of submitting them to Amit Shah?"
Ashutosh also told the media that the BJP MPs and MLAs should also make public the bank transactions done before November 8 as "they were aware of the demonetisation move and had disposed off their black money".
