The Congress on Tuesday said "nothing concrete" has come out of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's previous foreign visits and added that only time will tell whether India will benefit anything out of his current visit to Israel.

"This is the 65th visit of the Prime Minister to a foreign country in last more than three years. What we have seen previously in his 64 official visits also is that it caters only to domestic Indian audience.

"He goes there, it is telecast, publicized in India but nothing concrete comes out of the visit of the Prime Minister," said Congress spokesperson Ajay Maken.

"In last 64 visits, nothing concrete has come out, nothing beneficial has come out for our country. So, only time will tell how India will benefit out of this visit," he added.

"No investments have happened, the relations with neighbouring states have worsened, incursions are happening. What kind of foreign policy is this? No employment generation, it can't be a foreign policy of visits, we should get concrete benefits out of these," he added.
