Orlando Bloom puts luxury loft on sale

It seems actor Orlando Bloom has got bored of living in his luxurious apartment here. The actor has listed the apartment for sale for $5.5 million just six months after moving in.

The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star spent $4.75 million on the fourth-floor apartment in the Sugar Loaf Building in Tribeca neighbourhood.

The luxury and spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom abode boasts cast-iron columns, exposed brick walls, an open chef's kitchen and wood-beamed ceilings.

According to listing agent Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the apartment has 11 oversized windows with an extra-large living room and attached dining area, reports dailymail.co.uk.

The open-plan chef's kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances including a sub-zero refrigerator and Viking stove and features a granite topped bar.

 

The private master bedroom suite also boasts a walk-in closet and a master bathroom with double vanity and stall shower and there are two additional bedrooms and a guest bathroom that has a soaking tub.

It also offers increased security and privacy with a new video intercom system that allows residents to see visitors and grant access remotely from a smart phone or tablet.
