The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) of Pakistan has foiled an attempt to smuggle drugs from Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad.
The ANF recovered 1 kg of the ice from a passenger who was on his way to Saudi Arabia by acting on an intelligence tip-off, Dunya News said.
The man, who belonged to the country's northwestern Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province, was arrested and sent to an undisclosed place for investigation.
It has been the second haul of ice at the Islamabad airport over the last four days.
On November 17, the ANF recovered 700 grams of ice from the luggage of a passenger who was on his way to Saudi Arabia.
