Late model and TV journalist Peaches Geldof's husband Thomas Cohen "is not in any way under suspicion" as police investigate her death.

The body of the 25-year-old presenter was found at her and Cohen's home in Wrotham, Kent, England last month and officers are hunting for a drug dealer after tests showed she most "likely" died as a result of heroin use, reports contactmusic.com.

But Detective Chief Inspector Paul Fotheringham insists "there is no plan to" arrest or interview Cohen, who discovered his wife's body in the spare bedroom of the property April 17.

He also confirmed that the paraphernalia drug was seized from the property on the day Geldof was found, despite previous reports suggesting evidence had been removed by a friend or family member before paramedics arrived.

An inquest hearing earlier this week revealed that Thomas, who married the former model in 2012, took their sons, Astala, two, and Phaedra, one, to stay at his parents house in London four days before the blonde beauty died, so they could concentrate on their work.

Sources recently claimed that Geldof was secretly visiting a rehab centre near her home in the weeks before she died to collect prescriptions for methadone, a drug used to help addicts off heroin.
