The national capital experienced a pleasant day on Sunday with the maximum temperature settling at 27.6 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, the Met office said. It has forecast a cloudy Monday.
"There would be haze on Monday morning with cloudy skies the whole day," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 29 and 12 degrees Celsius, respectively.
The minimum temperature on Sunday was recorded 12.4 degrees Celsius, average for the season, while the humidity oscillated between 88 and 34 per cent.
Saturday's maximum temperature settled at 28.1 degree Celsius, two notches above the season's average, while the minimum temperature was 13.5 degrees Celsius, a notch above the average.
