The capital experienced sunny, pleasant weather Sunday as the maximum temperature settled a notch above the season's average at 24 degrees Celsius. Similar weather is expected Monday, the Met office said.
"There will be light mist early morning tomorrow (Monday) but the afternoon will be sunny," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 24 and 9 degrees Celsius.
Sunday's minimum temperature settled a notch above the season's average at 9.4 degrees Celsius.
Saturday's maximum temperature was two notches above the season's average at 24.9 degrees Celsius, while the minimum settled at 8.2 degrees Celsius, the season's average.
