It was a pleasant Tuesday for Delhi residents with overcast skies and some parts seeing intermittent showers. Rain has been forecast for Wednesday.
"The skies will be cloudy tomorrow (Wednesday) and parts of the city will get light rain," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and minimum temperatures will hover around 33 and 27 degrees Celsius.
According to IMD, traces of rainfall were recorded in the capital Tuesday.
"There was traces of rainfall, which were non-measurable," an IMD official said.

The humidity hovered between a high and low of 89 and 70 percent.
Since the monsoon's arrival in June, Delhi has received 515.6 mm of rain, 31 percent more than average.
Monday's maximum temperature settled at 34.6 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, while the minimum temperature was normal at 26.7 degrees Celsius.
