It was a pleasant day after a cold morning in the capital Wednesday with maximum temperature being recorded at 24 degrees Celsius - average for the season. Thursday will also be clear, the weather office said.
Thursday morning will be foggy but the sky will get clear by the day, said an Indian Meteorological Department official.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 24 and 8 degrees Celsius respectively.
The minimum temperature Wednesday was recorded at 8.6 degrees Celsius, also average fort the season.
