It was a pleasant weekend in the national capital with the maximum temperature recorded at 34.5 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average. Met has forecast a cloudy Monday with thunderstorm in some parts of the city.
"The Monday sky is likely to be cloudy," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and the minimum temperatures of the day are likely to hover around 34 degrees and 19 degrees Celsius, respectively.
The minimum temperature Sunday settled at 18.2 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average.
Saturday's maximum temperature settled at 33.5 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the season, while the minimum temperature was a notch below the season's average at 19.8 degrees Celsius.
