Police on Friday raided a house in a south Kashmir village where Burhan Wani's successor and Hizbul Mujahideen commander Zakir had allegedly recorded a video to threaten policemen and their informers.
The house in Batipora village of Tral -- the hometown of Wani -- was raided in a crackdown on over-ground networks of militants.
"During preliminary investigation it was established that Zakir alias Mosa used to record videos in one of the rooms of the house," a police statement said.
"Some clothes and other material used by Zakir in different videos and photographs were also recovered.
A manhunt has been launched for the absconding house owner.
Zakir became the Hizbul commander after Wani was killed in a gunfight with security forces on July 8.
