Portugal's central defender Pepe trained on Tuesday with a physiotherapist outside group training, amid doubts about his participation in Wednesday's European football championship semi-final against Wales in Lyon.
Pepe, who trained with his teammates on Monday, is suffering from a thigh injury and only rejoined the group on Tuesday during the first 15 minutes of training, reports Efe.
The Real Madrid defender worked with the therapist to check his physical condition on the eve of the crucial tie.
Portugal will travel on Tuesday afternoon to Lyon, where on Wednesday it will face Wales in the first semi-final, looking for its second final in a European Championship twelve years after the one it played, and lost, against Greece.
