President Pranab Mukherjee Monday travelled in a black limousine, with red and white liveried guards on horseback accompanying him, to the parliament where he will address a joint sitting of parliament.
The president is to address both houses of parliament at 11 a.m. in the Central Hall of Parliament.
The president is expected to list the priorities of the NDA government, focusing on growth, tackling price rise and inflation.
