Prohibitory orders have been clamped in the state capital where UP Joint Entrance Test for BEd will be conducted at 56 centres on Friday, district officials said.
The exam which would be taken by 28160 candidates will also witness unprecedented security measures.
District Magistrate Raj Shekhar said that within a radius of 100 metres of all exam centres, no cyber cafes, or photostat points will be allowed to open shop during the exam period.
Twenty-seven centre representatives, and 112 observers have been deputed during the two exam sessions to be held between 8-11 a.m. and 1-4 p.m., to ensure that is no copying.
