"Rahulji has agreed to attend the state convention and party's public meeting on February 22, at the Ramlila ground," Maken told reporters after meeting Gandhi at his residence.
The hour-long meeting was also attended by senior party leader P.C.Chacko, 14 district Congress chiefs and the three Leaders of the Opposition in the Municipal Corporations of Delhi.
"The DCC presidents had a very fruitful meeting with Rahulji. The meeting boosted our morale. A perfect beginning for municipal polls," Maken said.
