"This house expresses its concern over the disturbance, violence and curfew in the Kashmir Valley. The house expresses deep concern and sensitivity towards the deteriorating situation and the deaths," the resolution, read out by Home Minister Rajnath Singh in Hindi, said.
"The house is of the view that while there cannot be any compromise on national security, it is also necessary that steps are taken immediately to bring the situation back to normal and re-establish peace," it said.
"The house appeals to all sections of society to work towards bringing back normalcy and harmony in the Valley. This house agrees on taking measures to restore trust among the people, especially the youth," the resolution added.
