Rajya Sabha witnessed disruption again on Tuesday. It was adjourned within minutes of the House meeting.
As soon as the house met, opposition members were on their feet.
While Congress members trooped near the chairman's podium, shouting slogans and displaying placards, other opposition leaders were seen standing at their seats.
Amid the din, Deputy Chairman PJ Kurien adjourned the house till noon.
