English Premier League champions Leicester City's coach Claudio Ranieri was named on global football governing body FIFA's 10-man nominations shortlist for Men's Coach of 2016 on Wednesday.
Ranieri's Leicester stunned the footballing world by winning the 2015-16 league despite being 5000-1 underdogs to win the title.
Accompanying Ranieri on the 10-man list were Wales coach Chris Coleman, Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane, who guided the Spanish football giants to their record-stretching 11th Champions League triumph.
Wales advanced to the 2016 Euro semi-finals, in their first major tournament since the 1958 World Cup.
Also named was 2016 Euro winning team's Portugal's coach Fernando Santos among others.
The list: Claudio Ranieri (Leicester City), Chris Coleman (Wales), Pep Guardiola (Manchester City), Jurgen Klopp (Liverpool) and Mauricio Pochettino (Tottenham Hotspur), Didier Deschamps (France), Luis Enrique (Spain), Fernando Santos (Portugal), Diego Simeone (Argentina) and Zinedine Zidane (Real Madrid).
