Right from hitting the gym "regularly", "meditating everyday" to "changing my life", Bollywood celebrities like Bipasha Basu, Sonu Sood and Subhash Ghai have vowed to follow a simple yet strict regime this New Year. Others such as Karan Johar and Kunal Kohli stand by their decisions to never make resolutions.

Here is what they have to say:

Karan Johar: A year end or for that matter any date or time should not be a reason for you to take stock of your life...that should be your plan everyday.

Kunal Kohli: I made a New Year resolution many years back to never make New Year resolutions and I proudly say I have kept my resolution every year.

Sonu Sood: The most common resolution every New Year is 'Will go to the gym regularly from 1st'...and truth is everyone forgets as the New Year begins.

Bipasha Basu: Party hard now and welcome 2014! Make the resolution of getting strong in the New Year! Time to unleash!

Nargis Fakhri: What are your goals for 2014? Some of mine are meditate everyday for at least 20 minutes, make yoga a daily practice and start trying to speak in Hindi to people.

Arshad Warsi: Good morning...my first observation of the day - 'need to change the way I live my life', maybe that could be my New Year resolution.

Subhash Ghai: For me 2012 was bad. 2013 - a battle. I am sure 2014 is victory year for me. I have worked for it and I am blessed with great friends behind me.

Uday Chopra: New Year Resolutions:

1) Gain a super power

2) Grow one foot in height

3) Become invisible to Airport Security

4) Glow in the dark

5) Stay Mad

Poonam Dhillon: I don't believe in resolutions, I think if anyone needs to change something it should be anytime not wait for a specific day or time.
