Hot on the heels of the success of Telugu indie "Pellichoopulu", actress Ritu Varma has been signed opposite Nikhil Siddhartha in director Sudheer Varma's yet-untitled next film.
"Yes, Ritu has been officially signed on. It's the first time Ritu and Nikhil will be teaming up. The project will go on the floors later this year. The makers are also in talks with a leading actress to play a cameo," a source from the film's unit told IANS.
The Telugu project, which will be bankrolled by Abhishek Pictures, marks the second-time collaboration of Nikhil and Sudheer after "Swamy Ra Ra".
