Roadside bomb kills seven in Afghanistan

Seven people were killed when a roadside bomb struck a vehicle in Afghanistan's Ghazni province, an official said on Tuesday.

"A mine planted on a road in Alizai village of Andar district struck a vehicle on Monday night, killing seven members of a family," the official told Xinhua news agency.

Those killed were three children, three women and a man, the official added.
