Brazil coach Dunga has handed an international recall to former Real Madrid striker Robinho for football friendlies against Colombia and Ecuador.
The 30-year-old replaces forward Hulk, who injured his left thigh while playing for Zenit St. Petersburg Sunday, Brazil's football confederation said in a statement, reports Xinhua.
Brazil will play Colombia at Miami's Sun Life stadium Sep 5 before taking on Ecuador at Boston's MetLife stadium four days later.
Robinho has not played for Brazil since scoring in the Selecao's 2-1 victory over Chile last November.
Sunday's announcement is the second change to Brazil's original 22-man squad announced by Dunga Aug 19.
Real Madrid left-back Marcelo was also added after a thigh injury ruled out Porto's Alex Sandro.
