Legendary singer Rod Stewart disguised himself to travel by tube to the London O2 concert, and he went unnoticed.
The 72-year-old, who wore an oversized black coat with the hood up, skipped the luxury of a private car on Monday and chose to board the train.
His wife Penny Lancaster posted photos to Instagram showing the couple "sneaking" into London for his gig at the O2 Arena -- and fans were both surprised and thrilled to see them using the public transport, reports mirror.co.uk.
The couple was all smiles as they posed for a photo on the steps of a railway station platform, with Lancaster telling fans: "Sneaking into London by train today."
Another photo showed the famous pair had jumped on the London Underground on their arrival in the city, with Stewart flashing a grin as he pulled his hood down and tried to remain incognito during a stop at Tottenham Court Road station.
"From the overground to the underground," laughed Lancaster.
