Calling the RSS and corporates "anti-democratic", expelled JD-U MP Shivanand Tiwari Sunday alleged that both have joined hands to make BJP leader Narendra Modi the prime minister.

Tiwari said: "This is the first time in the history of the Lok Sabha election in the country that the RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) and corporate houses have came out openly to support a person (Narendra Modi)."

Tiwari, who is campaigning for Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) Gurgaon candidate Yogendra Yadav under the banner of Lohia Vichar Manch, said: "People want to see Yadav as their representative in parliament."

"... I have worked for three days in North-East Delhi for AAP candidate Anand Kumar. I am in Gurgaon for the last nine days and will be in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh where (AAP convenor) Arvind Kejriwal is pitted against Modi," he said.

Meanwhile, Yadav lauded the proactive steps of the Election Commission to check bogus votes and control money and liquor in the election.

He alleged that some candidates from national parties have planned to spend Rs.15-30 crore during the last two days of voting. He urged AAP workers and commoners to carry out sting operations of all malpractices during the general polls and bring them out through social websites.
