American actress Zoey Deutch says she shares a sisterly bond with "Before I Fall" director Ry Russo-Young.
Deutch, who portrays the lead role of Samantha Kingston in "Before I Fall", said she can discuss anything with Russo-Young.
"My relationship with Ry is something I have never had before with a director. I have like a sisterly relationship with her. She's like my big sis," Deutch said in a statement.
She added: "I trust, and I love her. I'm so close with her, and I can ask her anything."
MVP Entertainment is set to release the Russo-Young directorial on March 17 in India.
The film also stars Halston Sage, Logan Miller, Kian Lawley, Jennifer Beals, Diego Boneta and Elena Kampouris.

"Before I Fall" traces the story of Samantha (played by Deutsch), a high school girl who seemed to have everything a teenage girl could want -- popularity, a boyfriend, cool status, fun friends, loving family.
She was one of the clique of high school mean girls. And when she's killed in a car accident, Samantha is forced (by God or Devil) to relive her last day on the Earth seven times in order to get things right.
