Safety Club, a non-profit organisation focused on empowering children with safety skills, has rolled out child abuse prevention safety kits and digital tools.
It launched a combination of training kit for teachers to teach and safety tools for children to learn about safe versus unsafe touch for kids between the age of two to seven years.
The teacher training kit is available in English and Telugu and comprises of a printed book plus digital information that can be freely downloaded from safetyclub.org.
Safety Club also announced the release of free to download iOS app and a short animation video to raise awareness about safe versus unsafe touch targeted at parents and children.
The short animated video and iOS app was formally launched by Shilpa Reddy, the brand ambassador for Safety Club.

The user friendly iOS app is developed by Paradigm IT. Bulbulapps and Annapurna Studios helped Safety Club create the short animation video.
"Safety Club teacher training and digital tools for children will provide thousands of children, parents and care givers interactive advice on how to recognise the difference between a safe versus unsafe touch and how to seek help in case of an unsafe touch in a simplified way," said Sumana Rao, co-founder, Safety Club.
"Our animated film and teacher training video enable educators across the country to access these tools freely on our website and learn simpler, audience friendly ways to conduct safety workshops anywhere, any moment. To promote our initiative we have hired three full time teachers in AP and Karnataka to teach safety skills in schools," added Chandana Raju, co-founder, Safety Club.
With the help of teachers and volunteers, Safety Club has so far trained over 80,000 children.
