Samarth Ravikumar struck his second century of the match (129 batting, 150b, 9x4) as KSCA President's XI took command of their semifinal game against Haryana CA on the third and penultimate day of the Safi Darashah All-India Cricket Tournament here Tuesday.
Haryana, replying to KSCA President's XI's first innings total of 581 for three, were all out for 514. The home team, in their second essay, rattled up 301 for four in 50 overs with Samarth leading the charge.
In the other semi-final, KSCA XI were sitting pretty with an overall lead of 536 against KSCA Secretary's XI who were 230 for no loss in 45 overs with Mayank Agarwal (118 batting,160b, 16x4,3x6) and Karun Nair (97 batting, 113b, 15x4) going strong.
Earlier, KSCA XI, after gaining a first innings lead of 136, scored 430 for 5 in 93 overs in their second outing.
