Filmmaker Sanjay Gupta has started shooting on a "major set" of his upcoming directorial "Kaabil", starring Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam.
"'Kaabil' Diary Day 22. And the drama begins as we begin shooting on the major set of our film. Next two weeks will be here," Gupta tweeted on Monday.
The film will see Hrithik once again in an action avatar after "Bang Bang!". For this, Gupta has joined hands with action director Peter Hein, who has worked on many south Indian films such as "Sivaji", "Anniyan" and "Ghajini".
"Kaabil", which has been produced by Rakesh Roshan under his banner FilmKraft Productions, is set to release on January 26 next year.

Bollywood's livewire actor Ranveer Singh is excited as his 2015 film "Dil Dhadakne Do" completed one year of its release on Monday.
The actor thanked all his fans and friends for the love.
"The Big Fat Indian Family Odyssey! 1 Year Of DDD. Thank you for the love," he tweeted.
Directed by Zoya Akhtar, the comedy-drama film is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar.
"Dil Dhadakne Do" revolves around a dysfunctional Punjabi family who invite their family and friends along on a cruise trip to celebrate the parents' 30th wedding anniversary.
The film also features an ensemble cast of Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah, Priyanka Chopra Anushka Sharma, Farhan, Rahul Bose and Zarina Wahab.
Superstar Aamir Khan performed a voice-over as the narrator of the film.

Actor Varun Dhawan has garnered four million followers on Instagram.
Varun, who is the son of filmmaker David Dhawan, ventured into tinsel town with Karan Johar's 2012 film "Student of the Year". He took to Instagram to thank all his fans in video and captioned it: "4 freaking million thank you"
"I have just landed in Bangkok and checked into my hotel here and it's really amazing, but besides that we've hit four million followers on Instagram and that's amazing. So thank you for the love, respect all the fan art...I see it all. It means a lot to me," said the 29-year-old actor in the video.
On the work front, Varun will be seen in the upcoming actioner "Dishoom", which also features John Abraham, Saqib Saleem, Jacqueline Fernandez and Akshaye Khanna.
