Tata Sons-Singapore Airlines joint venture airline Vistara on Tuesday said it has appointed Sanjiv Kapoor as its chief strategy and commercial officer.
"We welcome Sanjiv into the Vistara family. Sanjiv's industry knowledge backed by rich Indian and global experience will be valuable in propelling Vistara's growth," said Vistara CEO Phee Teik Yeoh in a statement.
Joining Vistara from SpiceJet, Kapoor will oversee commercial and planning functions, strategy development, network planning, pricing and revenue management, sales and distribution.
He will also handle product development, branding, marketing, customer experience, in-flight services and ground operations, the statement added.
