The court remained unmoved as Sharma told the court that the government was going to confer Bharat Ratna on Netaji

The Supreme Court Tuesday declined to hold an immediate hearing on a petition seeking directions to the government to furnish details on the mysterious disappearance of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.

While declining to hold the hearing, the apex court bench headed by Chief Justice R.M. Lodha told the PIL petitioner advocate ML Sharma to make an application for an urgent hearing of his plea.

The court remained unmoved as Sharma told the court that the government was going to confer Bharat Ratna on Netaji on Aug 16 and before that is done the government should make public the report of a committee that inquired into the mysterious disappearance of Netaji.
