A six-year old girl student was killed and 33 students of a private school were injured on Tuesday when a bus driven by the school principal rolled down a 130-feet gorge in Himachal Pradesh's Sirmaur district, police said.
The accident occurred near Banethi, some 20 km from Nahan town.
The dead girl was identified as Sanjana. Two critically injured students were referred to the PGI in Chandigarh, a police official told IANS.
The other injured were admitted to the zonal hospital in Nahan.
School principal Raj Kumar was arrested, and a magisterial probe has been ordered into the accident.
