Seven people were killed and two seriously injured in Azerbaijan after a grenade was thrown into a house, authorities said Wednesday.
The attack took place in the country's Goranboy region, around 320 km west of Baku, Wednesday. The suspected attacker, Rafig Huseynov, 36, threw a grenade into the house where his father-in-law lived.
Huseynov's wife was also in the house when the incident took place, Xinhua quoted the interior ministry as saying.
The ministry said that two injured people were taken to a hospital. Family feud is believed to be the reason behind the attack.
