At least seven people were killed and eight others wounded on Tuesday when an explosive device ripped through a bus in Syria's Homs city, state news agency SANA reported.
The bus exploded in the Ekrima neighbourhood that has been targeted several times by car bombs and explosive devices, Xinhua news agency reported.
The blast comes amid ongoing peace talks between a government delegation and the opposition in Geneva. No progress has been achieved in the talks due to the opposition's demand for President Bashar al-Assad to step down.
