There was moderate fog in the national capital on Tuesday morning with the minimum temperature recorded at 9.4 degrees Celsius, the season's average.
"There was shallow/moderate fog in the morning," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
According to the weather office, the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 27 degrees Celsius, and the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 88 per cent.
Monday's maximum temperature settled at 26.2 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 8.8 degrees Celsius, the season's average.
